I have been cross-stitching since I was about 18 years old. I started designing pieces for friends and family, just because I wanted something special that was unique and just the piece for the occasion. Friends and family showed off their special designs to their family and friends...and request for specialized designs just keep on coming! I get many requests for special pieces, such as designing houses. People love to have a memory of the house they grew up in, or the house they currently live in...so I create a design just for them!
